Brighton Half Marathon 2018 · 25 February 2018 ·

A group of St Catherine's Hospice runners are taking on Brighton Half Marathon along Brighton Seafront to help the hospice be there for local people and those close to them when life comes full circle

Story

Hello!

I will be running the Brighton Half Marathon on 25th February 2018, for St Catherine's Hospice. These guys looked after two of my grandfathers who suffered from cancer, whilst also giving tremendous support to their families. Ron and James were given the best of care whenever they needed it. It also gave their families a comfortable place to come and visit and made sure they were looked after too.

I have been told that the hospice requires over £27,000 a DAY to stay open to do it's thing. Now, I am not aiming to raise as much as that, but anything we can get to help with this is greatly appreciated.

If you want to read more about them, there’s a link to their website below.

Also, Brighton is horrendously cold in February. Please donate generously!

Thanks for all your help and donations,

Marcus.
