Imagine Independence is a local charity that provides a range of support to people with mental health issues and learning disabilities. Our support includes social inclusion and health promotion activities to help people become more resilient and learn how to overcome challenges which can cause mental and physical ill health. We also campaign to challenge the stigma of mental illness and to get people talking about the issues that underpin mental ill health. Together we can make a difference to people's lives!
