I'm walking London 2 Brighton 100km continuously over 24 hours. Initially this started as a challenge with my gym pals but after seeing I could do it for charity I chose Mind. I have chosen Mind as I want to help bring awareness to the fact it's ok to talk.

December last year I unfortunately witnessed a man jump from a bridge fortunately he survived and has been given a second chance at life. This has impacted my life and many others.
