Story
Hello everyone.
My name is Maria Michael and I am a
second-year architecture student at the University of Nottingham. This year I
have the great opportunity to participate in Project Lesedi which aims to help
underprivileged children in the province of Limpopo in South Africa.
The purpose of this project is essentially for us to help
and build an education centre for the children in Limpopo and also to provide
them with a bore-hole
for a reliable clean water supply.
During the Easter break I will be travelling to South Africa
along with 37 other architecture students in order to help build the facilities
from scratch for the students in Limpopo.
To achieve our goal, we must each raise £1000 for the
materials that we will be using for the construction of the school and water
bore-hole. For that reason it will be greatly appreciated if you could help us
on this project in order to secure an education and a safe environment for the
children of Limpopo, something we all take for granted.
Every donation is welcomed. Thank you for your help.
