I'm cycling around the Isle of Wight in aid of DASH - which is celebrating its 45th birthday this year. Please help me raise money for them, as there has sadly been a big increase in these types of abuse with the Covid pandemic.

The Dash Charity provides a range of services to help women, men and children experiencing all forms of domestic abuse. 

Their services currently include:* 

Confidential telephone Helpline* 

Refuge crisis accommodation and access to a UK network of refuge space* 

Advocacy and Outreach community services offering practical help and emotional support to adults assessed as being at medium or high risk of harm* 

Specialist childrens therapeutic support for children and young people experiencing trauma as a result of domestic abuse* 

Training and awareness to reach out and encourage a better response to victims across organisations across the UK
