Event: London Marathon 2019, on 28 April 2019
#TeamPurple are taking on the challenge of the Virgin Money London Marathon 2019 in aid of MS-UK to support those affected by multiple sclerosis. Sponsor them to help reach the target of £250,000!

Story

I’ve wanted to run the Marathon for the last two years, so we can say that this is third time lucky.

My reasoning behind wanting to run for MS-UK is that my Dad has had Multiple Scleroris for over thirty years. He is wheelchair bound as he is unable to walk on his own. MS has affected my whole family for my whole life, even before I was born.

My Dad has suffered in more recent years with a stroke. His sight has been deteriorating for many years and, unfortunately he is now blind.

It seems a very fitting time for me to have the privelage to run for such a great and important cause, as the day of the marathon is my Dad’s birthday!

Please help me by sponsoring as much or as little as you can. Whatever the donation I will be incredibly grateful.
