Rather foolishly I have agreed to end my running retirement and complete this years Great North Run. 

Not aiming for any personal bests this year, ill just be happy to complete it, and more importantly raise some cash for charity!!

This year im running for Cancer Research UK, so if you'd like to dig deep and contribute id be most grateful.  All donations will be welcome no matter how small!!!
