Story
I am cycling 95 miles from Fowler Welch’s Nuneaton
depot to the heart of the Peak District via FareShare East Midlands in
Leicester as part of Fowler Welch's Big Bike Challenge.
Fowler Welch have organised the Big Bike Challenge on 26th – 30th June this year. The challenge will see some of the company’s adventurous employees cycle 1,000 miles, starting at their depot in Newton Abbot in Devon and ending at the other end of the country in their depot in Washington, Tyne and Wear. The cyclists will drop in on their other depots en route, including Hilsea in Portsmouth, Paddock Wood and Teynham in Kent, Spalding, Nuneaton, and Heywood in Manchester as well as a number of FareShare Regional Centres.
Fowler Welch are a fantastic partner who really go the extra mile to help us get more food from the food industry, into our Regional Centres around the country which enables everyone at FareShare get more food to the >3 000 charities and community groups we support.
Please sponsor me if you can to cycle what will be more than 4 times my usual twice weekly commute and will be quite a challenge, raising valuable funds for FareShare.
Thank You.
