Story
This year at uni, I'm raising money for the Amnesty International UK Charitable Trust by taking part in the RAG Challenge 'Dash to Dubrovnik' with the Loughborough Students' Union.
The challenge is basically a Top Gear challenge, but with no script! A less than £500 car (probably somewhat dilapidated), going 2000-miles across 12 countries in 7-days - finishing up in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
Doing this with Tom and Joe, I will be filming the journey, from picking up the banger through to (hopefully) making it to Dubrovnik, in order to create a short montage of the ups and downs we encounter along the way.
The charity we're doing this for is Amnesty International UK, who work to protect women, men and children wherever justice, freedom, truth and dignity are denied. Please follow this link to their website to see all current issues and campaigns being fought for: https://www.amnesty.org.uk/issues.
Amnesty has achieved a lot over the years, with much of its focus on campaigning for human rights all around the world. Unfairness, cruelty, torture, war crimes, and much more have all been brought to justice and prevented as a result of the 50+ years of charitable work by Amnesty activists and their donors.
**ALL DONATIONS GO TO AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL AS I COVER MY OWN COSTS TO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE**
