Any monies raised will be going to help the wonderful work at the Royal Salford Hospital in both the Stroke Unit and Critical Care Unit of which Mark was admitted into both last week. I can honestly say they did everything they could for Mark and us as a family, so hopefully we'll be able to raise a few pound to show our appreciation to what a wonderful job they do

As you know Mark passed away on Thursday 7th December after a short illness which has shocked our family to the core. Mark lived his life to the full and went all over the world following his love of Running, Triathlon and Ipswich Town

One of Mark's biggest qualities was his love of helping people, being that in sport, family situations, if anybody ever asked anything of him he would do his best to help out

This is a very low time for our family but we have taken great comfort in all the messages we have been receiving and all the nice stories we've been hearing, so please keep them coming they help us get through the dark days
