MY MARK STOTT

MY MAN

MY HERO

Not a minute goes by that we don't miss you.

Not a minute goes by that we don't hurt.

Not a minute goes by that I don't feel the proudest wife in the world.

Not a minute goes by that we wish we could have another minute with you.

St Ann’s, we owe so much to you.

A nurse passed the window at 1.30am and said to me ”I’m worried about your back” as I had been leaning over the bed rubbing Mark’s back for several hours.
She said “Let me get you a reclining chair and lay it flat next to the bed so you can lie together” I said “No please don't worry, we’ll do it tomorrow, it will be too noisy now and will wake everyone”. The nurse said “No, let’s do it now” She did. It was noisy and it did wake people! But that didn't seem to matter. She made me a beautiful bed and I lay next to my husband, holding his hand all night.
It was our last night together.
I will never ever forget the kindness of that nurse; she will never know how much her selfless actions meant to me.
That memory I will have forever.
Please give generously to St Ann’s Hospice to possibly help one more family in their hour of need and despair.

Jill

My brother Mark was a selfless man. He loved us and we loved him right back. He was always proud of Lewis and Holly and they were proud of their uncle Mark. As his little sister, he was proud of me too and always made me feel very special. My Marsy loved being in his company.

He was funny, intelligent, generous, principled, courageous, not afraid of expressing his opinion and a great raconteur, always in the thick of it at gatherings telling the most hilarious stories to his appreciative audience.

He has left an enormous void and I miss him so so much.  There will only ever be one Mark Stott and he will live forever in our hearts.

Please give generously to this worthy cause......Mark would like it very very much.
