Thank you for visiting my page.I am supporting Mind in West Essex by taking on the Move for Mind challenge. All funds raised from my page will go to help people in my local community.  I am going to encourage my children to walk with me too as much as possible.  During lockdown and since, me and the little ones have done a lot of walking and talking and it really has improved out mental health.  We want to give some back and help Mind in West Essex support even more people in the local community.
