Story

In 2021 we participated in the MdS to raise money for a couple of charities dear to the heart of my late brother, Kenneth. We were astounded by the generosity and kind words received from friends, family and strangers. Thank you again.

Unfortunately whilst fundraising went well, the event did not and we were unable to finish. Turns out having uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhoea isn't helpful whilst in the middle of the desert - who'd have thought?

As such, there is a small part of us which has felt the need to return in order to earn those hard earned donations previously made.

Several people have asked whether we'd upload a new charity link. So after some contemplation we've decided to do it. We have no "target" as such and see anything raised as complementing the generosity shown previously. A word of encouragement would be equally as welcome.

Kenneth once ran a cross country race with one shoe after losing his within 20 metres of the start line. We'll aim to channel some of this determination in our own efforts as well as applying the learnings from last time around - principal amongst them the packing of extra shorts...

Muchas gracias y un abrazo.
