Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was medically discharged from the army in 2002 for mental health issues, I have been on a destructive path throughout my adult life. Then in 2019 I had my introduction to the Not Forgotten, and I can honestly say they've changed my life and given me hope through the challenges and adventure training they have provided me, and so many veterans, serving members and our families.

I would like help fundraise and give back to The Not Forgotten to help provide opportunities to others and raise awareness for the amazing work this charity does for so many . I would also like to thank you for reading this and for your help thank you 😊 .

So after an amazing 6 stages it's all done and dusted, I can honestly say one of the toughest challenges I've ever done and now feels so surreal. We had to also compete with a mini heatwave which recorded temperatures of 45 degrees plus in the shade which led to over 300+ withdrawals from the race from a field of 1150 starters  due to various heat related conditions. My final time for the 5 stages was 45 hrs and 1 minute, which I can honestly say has me on cloud 9.

I would like to say a massive thank you for all your support for me, Ash and Jason throughout this journey ❤️,  it really does mean a lot so thank you from all of us.
