Story
As a cyclist there are there are dozens of iconic challenges you
can take on. But in the UK, riding the length of the country, from Land's End to John O'Groats is arguably the ultimate test. It's one I've wanted to tackle for years.
Turning 50 seemed like the perfect excuse. So, for 9 days in September, I will pedal 988 miles from one end of the country to the other.
It also feels like a perfect opportunity to do something to help others.
Mental Health is an issue that affects everyone. My family is no different. Don't Lose Hope is a local charity which was set up to provide counselling for local people of all ages - young and old.
Please help me to support their important work.
