On the 20th March 2020, my wife (Nicola) suffered a stroke. It was one of the most frightening moments of our lives but thanks to the incredible medical care, support and her strength, she survived.

To say thank you and to help others facing stroke, I’m walking 74 miles in support of the Stroke Association. This charity provides vital research, support and information to stroke survivors and their families across the uk.

Every donation, no matter how small, helps fund lifesaving research and support services for people affected by stroke.
