The charity I have choosen to run for this year is The Cots for Tots Appeal which supports special care babies at St Michael’s Hospital in Bristol. 

 

A member of Niki's extended family Darcey spent the first 12 weeks of her life in the special care baby unit; she was born at 26 weeks and only weighed 1lb 4 oz. With all the help and support from the special care baby unit Darcey is now a very happy active little girl that her family adore and are very proud of.

The Cots for Tots Appeal is raising £1 million to provide 4 life-saving cots and a new intensive care Suite  at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St Michael’s Hospital Bristol and a Family Accommodation Suite close by.

The Unit cares for more than 600 babies every year from Bristol and all over the South West of England. So please dig deep and donate now to an amazing charity saving those tiny lives.
