Now as you all know, I like a drink...or three. So, giving up for October is gonna be hard...man, it's gonna be REALLY hard. The dark nights are drawing in, the days are getting colder. But 'Sober October' is a chance for me to raise money without putting on a pair of trainers and having to run...ANYWHERE. Hopefully there are enough of you out there raising money for Macmillan to allow me to do this for a friend of mine,  whose four year old son has just been diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy.
