Yippee!!!  I finished the 22-mile swim on 15th November but it's not too late for you to make a donation.

The Aspire Channel Swim is a 22-mile swim over a 12-week period and I did mine at the LivingWell Health Club in Nottingham where the pool is 18 metres long so I had to do 1,967 lengths.
