Assalamu Allaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu

Our names are Abrar and Maryam and we are 15 and 12 years old. We are doing the Run for Palestine in Hull with CRT and Islamic Relief. This is our first time doing a fundraising run and we are really excited and also a bit nervous!

We decided to do this because we’ve been seeing a lot of sad news about Palestine. So many children have lost their homes, their families, and even their schools. Some have no food or clean water and are living in tents. It’s really upsetting and we wanted to try and help in any way we can.

We are raising money for Islamic Relief so they can give food, water, medicine, and other things people need in Gaza. We know we’re only kids, but we believe every bit helps and if lots of people do a little, it can make a big difference.

Our goal is to raise £200 together insha’Allah. If you can donate anything at all, it would mean so much to us and to the people we’re trying to help. We’ll also be making du’a for everyone who supports us.
