I'm running the Athens Marathon (literally an uphill task) in support of one of my closest friends and to raise awareness for Mind. I have seen mental health issues destroy my family, hamper my sister through her teens & early 20s, and take a very close friend to a very dark place. Anything i can do to raise to support the work Mind do, and have done for the people closest to me, I will do.

Along with the selfish aspirations to once again feel and look athletic, one of the hardest marathons in Europe seems like a good place to start.
