I am taking part in The Big Coastal Challenge and raising funds for Cruse Bereavement Care, support bereaved people when they most need support.  This October people all over the country will joining together to run, walk, cycle or swim a combined 18,358 km (the entire UK coastline!) and raise funds for Cruse Bereavement Care.  As a result of Coronavirus more people than ever are expected to reach out to Cruse Bereavement Care for support. The money raised through The Big Coastal Challenge will help Cruse Bereavement Care continue to recruit and train volunteers.
