UPDATE: A huge thank you to all those who let us know the final distance they covered in October. Weve added them all up and together you covered a brilliant 16,778.46km wow!

You covered enough distance for us all to virtually wrap our arms around England, Wales, Northern Ireland and most of Scotland. You were so close to reaching 18,358km, the length of the UK coastline.

Theres just 1,579.54km remaining - so we're extending the challenge into November. Who wants to join us and help us cover the last little bit?

Grief is a natural process, but it can be devastating. As a result of Coronavirus more people than ever are reaching out to us for support.

No one should have to suffer bereavement alone. Take part in The Big Coastal Challenge and let's show grieving people just how much we care!

-Tell your friends and family about it and ask them to sponsor you
