Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre - Henley on Thames · 24 June 2012 ·

MS-UK is here to support anyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), which affects over 150,000 people in the UK. We empower people with MS to live healthier and happier lives by improving the understanding of the condition and providing support where it is needed most.

Story

Triathlon finished!

The triathlon was a massive success! I completed all three disiplines within my target time of 1hour 45mins.

I would like to say a huge thankyou to those who have supported, both on the day and through donations. I was hoping to raise £500 for MSRC, but didnt want to raise my hopes! However it is looking likley that I could well double this amount - amazing! So thank you again to those that have donated. For those that havent it isnt too late!

Thanks again

Matt

My Story:

I am competing in the Henley-on-Thames triathlon this June. I am hoping to raise money for MSRC, a charity helping those effected by MS.

At the age of 30 my father was diagnosed with MS. He lived with the condition for 30 years, sadly passing in 2006 at the age of 60. Over my life time I watched his condition reduce his mobility, but this never got the better of him. He was always there with a smile, always positive.

The MSRC are a charity supporting anyone affected by MS, which is why I am trying to support them.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.

Any donations are very much appreciated.

Thank you

Matt
