Story
I lost my Mom, our Shirls, to cancer in 2017. She was a brave and kind lady who fought so hard. She became paralysed from the neck down and was told by doctors she wouldn't move her hands or legs again, to which she politely told them to go f**k theirselves. She went on to hold a pen and write the words ‘REMAIN POSITIVE’ before her passing, which is what this is all about.
Let’s make a positive out of a negative, and help support the amazing nurses and carers at Compton. They are some of the most selfless and caring people in our community, and anything we can do to help them continue the good they do I’m sure would be welcomed.
Every £2 you donate equals one entry into winning Carl’s new book, ‘Why Not Me’, which he has kindly offered to personally sign for the winner. Please make sure you leave your first and last name with your donation! I’ll pull the names out a hat and contact the winner as soon as the time is up!
