Hello all

For this years ' trundle around a foreign city' I'm trying to raise a few quid for a cause which has been important to me for a number of years. Spinal injuries often affect people suddenly and significantly, and regularly leave them and their families in need of considerable support for the remainder of their lives. 

The Spinal Injuries Association plays a vital role in both caring for those affected by such injuries and also driving research into improving outcomes following spinal injury. They are worthy of your hard earned cash!
