We help survivors of brain & spinal injury to rebuild their lives

Story

Hello and welcome to my just giving page which you can just give some of your hard earned cash to a worthy cause supporting people with brain and spinal injuries.

This is the first organised run i've done since sports day at school (i'm told that the Otley run doesnt count) so please sponsor me.

It's a 10k run through the streets of manchester so providing i lay off the butter pies i hope to do it in around 45 minutes which would be quite impressive i think.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you very much. :-)
