Post event update:

Conditions for yesterday’s Bidwells Oxford Town & Gown were perfect, or perhaps a little too chilly!

The run went really well and I managed to push throughout and got a personal record for 10K!

If you haven't sponsored me yet, there is still time - I only need to raise another £93 to hit my target, so even a few pounds here and there will soon add up!

I'm running the Bidwells Oxford 10K in support of Muscular Dystrophy UK because our muscles matter. Muscular Dystrophy UK is the charity for the 110,000 children and adults living with muscle-wasting conditions in the UK. There's currently no cure, and it many cases, it limits lives. MDUK funds ground-breaking research into into treatments and cures as well as providing life-changing individuals and families living with these conditions.
