This project will provide much-needed support & talking therapy to the young (10-18-year-olds) most vulnerable in our area. Particularly if they are from a low-income household. Those suffering from family breakdown, self-harm, suicidal thoughts.

Story

Relate is now the UK's largest provider of relationship support and last year we helped over two million people to strengthen their relationships.

I am running the marathon again to support this great charity.

I am aiming for a time of 3:45:00, my best time is 3:49:00.
