Just4Children are raising funds for a life changing operation called SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy) for Noah aged 4 from Kettering to lessen his discomfort and to improve his mobility.

I'm setting myself this challenge to push myself and help raise fund for Noah, at 4 years old he's already overcome so much and ALWAYS with a smile on his face.
