It was an absolute delight to be asked to take part in the Cardiff Half for the ELY Memorial Fund by my friend and trustee to ELY Lee Bayley.  I’m not sure I’ll keep up with her but I’ll give it my best! 

As a bereaved parent myself, I can’t stress enough what a wonderful level of support ELY provide on what are your darkest days.
