We fund medical research to help find a cure for PSC

Story

On 15th January 2012, our dear son, brother, partner and friend, Melvin Carlton Roberts passed away at the age of 29. As well as having liver cancer, he was suffering from a chronic liver disease called Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC).

It is a disease that not a huge amount is known about and as a result, sufferers are left with little guidance on how to cope. Melvin didn't know how serious his liver condition was until it was too late - the PSC support group are trying to improve treatments and find a cure. Our main aim is to help them open clinics across the country that will help people like Melvin live with the disease, not be overcome by it.
