Thanks for visiting this page.  A few of us are doing various bits of a half iron man triathlon in the South West of Ireland.  I'm doing the half marathon at the end when the swimmers and runners are in the pub.

It's all in aid of the Intensive Care Unit at the Freeman Road Hospital in Newcastle.  Patients looked after here include transplant recipients (mainly liver and kidney), patients after cancer surgery, and vascular surgical patients.  It's an excellent unit and they do a fantastic job.
