Margaret Green Animal Rescue is 50 years old in 2015 and to celebrate, we would like to raise more money than ever to help us rescue even more animals in need. 

Our three centres are constantly full as we rescue pets that are unwanted, have suffered cruelty or neglect or have been found as strays. We have been there for animals since 1965 and that will never change. As long as animals need us, we will be there to help. 

But... we can't do it without your help. The support from you, our supporters, has enabled us to make a huge difference to thousands of animals lives over the years. We won't stop now - please donate today and help us to help more animals in need. 

Animals like Goofy, Tweety, Pluto, Taz, Bunny and Bugs. These six Poodle crosses were brought to us having been found abandoned on a Dorset farm. The pups, who were all aged between 6 months and 4 years old, were malnourished and covered in matts and dried faeces.

After veterinary care, a good bath, proper meals and a lot of love from staff and volunteers at Margaret Green Animal Rescue, all six were soon feeling much better. 

We are delighted to be able to tell you that Goofy, Tweety, Pluto, Taz, Bunny and Bugs have all now found their loving forever homes. Sadly though, they weren't the only animals to need our help, and they won't be the last.
