Me and Jack are running 10k on 3rd April for Alder Hey Childrens Hospital. Alder Hey is one of Europe’s biggest and busiest children’s hospitals, they treat everything from common illnesses to highly complex and specialist conditions such as cancer, spinal, heart and brain conditions. The local hospital cares for over 330,000 children, young people and their families every year.

The money raised for Alder Hey goes towards improving equipment and increasing research to give every child the best chance at life.
