Story

The Alder Hey Childrens Charity 5k at Haydock Park Racecourse will see participants take in a location with fantastic history and a completely enclosed facility. The course, which is set in an area of parkland has been a historic home for horseracing as far back as the early 19th Century with the current racecourse opened in 1899.

Alder Hey Childrens Charity raises essential funds to ensure Alder Hey Childrens Hospital can provide world-class, patient-friendly treatment for the 330,000 patients and families they care for every year. The Running Bee Foundation will be partnering with the trust to run a 5k running event at the Haydock Park Racecourse on April 3rd 2022, with all profits going to assist the hospitals Neonatal Surgery Appeal fund.
