We're doing everything we can to provide specialist care for those living with a progressive or terminal illness in these unprecedented times. We need your support more than ever right now.

Story

As many of you will know I am running the Amsterdam marathon on 18th October, using the Great East half marathon in September as part of my preparation.

I will be running in support of St Elizabeth Hospice who are there for people living with progressive and terminal illnesses. This is a charity close to my family’s heart.

St Elizabeth Hospice is an independent charity providing free services. Every year, their services cost £9.1 million to run, three quarters coming from the local community. They rely on fundraising, donations and volunteers to keep going.

All donations made on here will go directly to St Elizabeth Hospice.

Many thanks in advance for your support.

About the campaign

We're doing everything we can to provide specialist care for those living with a progressive or terminal illness in these unprecedented times. We need your support more than ever right now.

About the charity

St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people with a progressive illness. Our work centres around individual needs, with specialist support, wherever required, at home, in the community or at the hospice. Each year the hospice needs to generate £12.9m, of this 70% comes from the local community.
