On Tuesday 19th August 2014 my friend Rob and his family were enjoying a holiday in North Wales when his six year daughter Jasmine choked on a grape. Despite all the efforts to save Jasmine, sadly she passed away just a few hours later.

In the wake of the tragedy, Rob and his wife Kathy became all to aware of the need of somewhere for people like themselves to turn for help and so they decided to set up a charity in Jasmine's memory. LOVE JASMINE

In an effort to help raise much needed funds for the charity, I am going to cycle from Liverpool to Brighton over five days.

Day1. 13th September – Liverpool to Newcastle Under Lyme. 60 Miles

Day 2. 14th September – Newcaste Under Lyme to Nuneaton. 60 Miles

Day 3. 15th September – Nuneaton to Milton Keynes. 60 Miles

Day 4. 16th September – Milton Keynes to London. 60 Miles

Day 5. 17th September – London to Brighton. 50 Miles

Love Jasmine is a registered charity and it's principal aims are to offer support to parents and families of those who have had to deal with the loss of a child.
