Both my parents died from cancer within the last couple of years. I am very unfit but would like to give a little back, especially when I witnessed the hard work and love that MacMillan and Christies Nurses, Doctors and volenteers gave to my parents.  I could never pay them back for the support they have given to our family but if you could support me in giving a little back it would be very much appreciated. Please give what you can x... I'm gonna run 10k, thats 9.95k  more than I have run in 25 years since i was in the Army!!!! Must be worth a few quid!!!!  Thank you xxx
