My Aim- To raise as much money for S.A.M.H as possible they are a great charity based in dundee who do much and the sad thing is not many people know they are out there.

In april I had a nervous breakdown and suffered from depression i couldnt cope and tried to commit suicide luckily i got a second chance at life and with the help of s.a.m.h and their support they helped me get my confidence back and belief in life again.

I feel it is necessary to help them afterall when i was in need they were there. It only right for me to do the same.
