Hello everyone, 

I've decided at the ripe age of 57 I will be taking part in the Ironman Wales 2014. I have chosen to do it for Macmillan Cancer Support because of the lives that they improve through their work.

Sadly, we will all be affected by cancer at some point in our lives, directly or indirectly, so please help me in contributing to making this important cause possible.
