I am taking part in a True White Collar Boxing event on 2nd September to raise money for Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind. This is a great charity that helps a lot of people in the community who are suffering with emotional and mental health problems. This is a subject that doesn't get discussed a lot but is something that a lot of people suffer with, including myself. 

By raising money for the charity I am hoping that it can raise awareness of mental health issues and help it to become a subject that people can talk about more instead of suffering in silence
