I would like to start by thanking all my friends and family for all of the support given to Kate and I. Your love and friendship has meant lots to us both.  

For those who are not aware, Kate (my wife) gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Isabella on the 24th September 2007, unfortunately Isabella was born prematurely and was too small too survive.

I want to try to help the many other people who have gone through or are going through the pain which we have suffered. 

As you are aware I am no Forrerst Gump so running the Cardiff half marathon ain't gunna be easy!
