We are running the 2026 TCS London Marathon for Alzheimer's Research UK, the UK’s leading dementia research charity. They are working towards a cure, revolutionising the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia.

We are also running for my Dad, Peter, who has been battling dementia for a number of years. Anyone who knows Peter will know what an amazing man he is and to be afflicted by this cruel disease just when he should have been enjoying golden years with his family and friends is heart-breaking.

Dementia is the leading cause of death in England, and the number of families touched by it is expected to spike over the next 15 years, due to our ageing population.

Peter has been an inspiration to us all our lives; he’s the embodiment of goodness and kindness and I think he would be our staunchest supporter were he able to know what we were up to!
