Fundraising for HDVCH is one way I can give back to a community that quickly became our family in 2015. They cared for us so well and took the best care of Caitlin possible. 

We now know that Caitlin passed away from a genetic condition called isolated sulfite oxidase deficiency - but when we were there....we had no idea. Caitlin was having uncontrolled seizures and the brain damage was significant. She was born healthy and happy and passed away just over a month into life. We hold onto hope that we will once again see her - but miss her every day here on earth.
