My name is Maddison and I am 8 years old. I have decided to have my hair cut off to try and raise money for children and adults with Down syndrome. I will also donate my hair to the little princess trust, so that little girls who are not as fortunate as me, can have beautiful hair too. This is a charity close to my heart. My cousin Evie was born asleep. She had Down syndrome and it made me very sad that I couldn't watch her grow and play with me. I have a special little boy close to my heart who I play with like I would any of my other friends, I see him as him, I want him to see the world and have opportunities as I do. At my school, we have Down syndrome children, I am proud that children can be treated equal, can learn and be educated despite their needs! I'm proud to be team valantine.
