Earlier this year my brother Matt Rees passed away and we have made it our mission to raise as much money as possible for epilepsy action. So far we have raised nearly £2500 but were still a little way off our target of £10,000. A while back I decided I was going to ride the bristol belter 100 mile bike ride and then run the chippenham half marathon the following weekend. 

Looking back now I'm thinking that might of been a bit of a crazy idea but lets go with it and see what happens. A few guys are going to be riding with me (Justin and Dave) and a couple of people will be running the half marathon with me (Dave, Phillippa and Matt). 

Also in October a group of us at work are doing a 24 hour pedal go kart race around Bristol. Its a team endurance event and at the moment its Me, Justin, Greener and Rich. It will be hard to resist the pubs as we drive past them for 24 hours whilst trying to stay awake. If anyone want to come down and watch its down in the centre of bristol so come along and shout some abuse at us. 

I know a lot of you have donated before but if anyone feels the urge to donate again, any amount is really appreciate and it all goes towards a great cause. The more the money we raise the more money they have for research and to help people who suffer with epilepsy.
