It would be great if you could sponsor me online for the 2006 London Olympic Distance Triathlon.  After a 1500m open water swim in the Docklands and a 40km cycle course around London, I will have to complete a 10km run.  If I'm lucky, you'll be able to glimpse me on BBC coverage among the 10000 or so others competing.

Why the Lymphoma association?  Well, last year, a close friend of mine suffered a great loss due to this illness, and rather than raise money for CancerResearchUK, which has a very high profile already, I thought it more worthwhile to direct my small effort to this lesser known charity.

I hope you can dig deep for this very worthwhile cause.
