Miss M's hair cut · 12 April 2018

We are Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We stop at nothing to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. Because we believe no childhood should be lost to illness.

Story

Miss M, 5, has never had her hair cut because she wanted to grow it to be as long as Rapunzel's. It's nearly there! It reaches down to her waist and is extremely long.

The time has come for it to be cut, she's been looking for her own way to raise money for GOSH, so is combining her haircut with fundraising.

Why GOSH? They operated on her 3YO brother in December 2017 and successfully corrected his rare congenital heart defect.

Miss M will be having her hair cut on 12 April 2018 and we'd love to support her fundraising efforts to support other families like ours who are continuing to benefit from the life-changing care and expertise at GOSH.

We've experienced first-hand how vital their services are, particularly parent accommodation while your child is in intensive care, and know any donations will be well used.

We've discovered Little Princess Trust, who make wigs for children with cancer, so will be sending them her hair so they can use it and benefit too.

Thank you
