As many of you are aware my mother recently suffered a stroke from  which unfortunately she did not recover from. During her short illness she was admitted to the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery where she received amazing care from the team. They showed compassion, respect and understanding and no request or question was too much trouble. Therefore I would like to raise funds for the National Brain Appeal so that I can show my appreciation and also give something back to an amazing  team .

I will be doing this by participating in the London parks half marathon on the 9th of October.
